Account Executive

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated sales rep to join our Eagan, MN sales team.

Responsibilities for this sales position will include; generating new business, developing existing territory, and working with clients to identify needs. Qualifications:

• At least one year of professional sales experience
• Knowledge of the computer industry (pc's, networks)
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Ability to establish new business through cold calling and outside sales.
• Previous experience in the computer training industry an asset (preferred)

Technical Instructor

Knowledge Transfer has an immediate opening for a high energy, dynamic Technical Instructor to join our customer service oriented training solutions team located in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities for this position include delivering expert technical training to fortune 1000 clients on Microsoft products. You will deliver training either at one of our own Knowledge Transfer training facilities or onsite at our many client locations. Certification in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and SQL are required. Qualifications:

• At least two years of professional training experience
• Microsoft Certified Trainer required (MCT)
• Certifications in MS Visual Studio 2000, 2003, 2005 and SQL 2000 and 2005 a must
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• 5+ years of Previous experience in the computer training industry (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Education or Computer Science an asset
• Adult Learning educational experience preferred
