Organizations are continually faced with the challenge of understanding how the work of multiple departments come together to create a result of value to a customer. This is a hands-on workshop for participants to learn the basics of business processes and how to document them by applying models and tools to their own work process.

Create a basic and cross-functional flow chart
Draft process work instructions
Identify documentation problem areas and determine next steps
