This class introduces the student to Model-View-Controller architectures using the Apache Struts version 1.1 framework.

Upon completion of this course, participants will have a working knowledge of Struts 1.1. Approximately half the class time is devoted to hands-on student exercises. Lecture with hands-on lab exercises. Choice of Apache Tomcat 5.x or IBM WSAD for labs.

Attendance in the JSP and Servlet classes or extensive prior programming experience with servlets and JavaServer Pages is required.
