Is the CISSP certification right for me?

If you are an experienced, high-achieving information security professional, involved in designing, developing and managing the overall security posture of an organization, from cybersecurity strategy to hands-on implementation, the CISSP is the right choice for you. The CISSP certification is also DoD 8570 approved under IAT Level III, IAM Level II, IAM Level III, IASAE I, and IASAE II.

To qualify for the CISSP cybersecurity certification, you must have at least five years of cumulative, paid, full-time work experience in two or more of the eight domains of the (ISC)2 CISSP Common Body of Knowledge (CBK). If you do not have 5 years of experience, you can satisfy one year of required experience with a four-year college degree or be a holder of at least one approved other related credentials/certifications from vendors such as EC-Council , CompTIA , ISACA , or Cisco .

If you do not any of these requirements, you can still complete our CISSP Boot Camp, and the CISSP exam, to become an (ISC)² Associate. Once you have this process complete & meet the experience requirements you can become fully certified. The U.S. Department of Defense Directive 8570.1 accepts a vaild (ISC)² Associate in lieu of a CISSP.

For this type of training, you should have at least 3 years of related experience, as this CISSP training course is not designed for individuals new to cybersecurity.
