This intensive 4-day boot camp course provides an in-depth treatment on using Microsoft Project 2010 with Microsoft Project Server 2010. Using hands-on exercises and following the project management life cycle of defining, planning, and executing, students learn how to manage enterprise projects effectively during each stage of the life cycle. In addition, this course teaches the student how to master the powerful new features in Microsoft Project 2010, such as Manually Scheduled tasks, the Team Planner and Timeline views, and cancelling a task using the Inactivate feature. You will interact with an instructor with real-world experience in deploying and using Project and Project Server 2010. Target Audience: Everyone who manages projects using Microsoft Project 2010 and Project Server 2010 should take this course. We target this course at the needs of full-time project managers, as well as those who function as project schedulers or project support technicians. We also recommend the course for technical administrators who support EPM platforms, to aid in better end-user understanding and communication.
