Introduction to GitHub for Developers is a fast-paced hands-on course that provides students with a solid overview of Git and GitHub the web-based version control repository hosting service. While the examples in this class are related to computer code, GitHub can be used for other content. It offers the complete distributed version control and source code management (SCM) functionality of Git as well as adding its own features.
